REMFORM®II™ HS round-bodied fasteners were developed to combine the features of REMFORM® II™ and REMFORM® II™ F fasteners with an optimized gap between the threads and core diameter.
Features
The optimized pitch allows more threads to be in contact with the plastic mating material in applications that require a higher axial thread engagement, while the optimized core diameter results in higher torsional strength. This higher torsional strength is beneficial in higher strength and fiber-reinforced materials.
